Harrisonburg Baptist Church is seeking a Director of Music & Worship to lead our blended worship experience! This part-time (25 hour) role offers the opportunity to shape and grow our music ministry by working alongside our dedicated staff and congregation to inspire and engage our community through worship.

We’re looking for a faith-driven leader with choral conducting expertise, a heart for ministry, and a talent for fostering musical engagement across various age groups and styles. If you have experience in blended worship, a background in music leadership, and a desire to invite others to experience God’s love through worship, we’d love to hear from you!
