Our goal is to create fellowship for women through Bible study classes and social activities. We want you to enjoy getting together with your sisters in Christ and to grow spiritually as a result! We want to equip you to serve as strong women of God in your home, workplace, and with friends. Our vision is that the women of HBC become passionately devoted followers of Jesus Christ. Whether you are young or old, new or a long time member, we invite you to be a part of the women's ministry at HBC.
Women's Bible Study Opportunities This Summer
"Stepping Up" by Beth Moore
Wednesday nights beginning July 2nd at 6:30 p.m.
Explore the major feasts of Israel and journey with Beth through Psalms 120-134 in this new 6-session study. Through an in-depth look at 15 Psalms, participants in this study can pray, reflect, and write a personal rendition of these ancient choruses.
Melissa Rhodes will lead the discussion at the church in Room B-4. Childcare will be provided. The cost is $6.00 for the workbook.
Coffee Cup Series "Premium Roast with Ruth"
Tuesday mornings beginning July 1st at 9:00 a.m.
This study considers one of the two great women for whom a book of the Bible is named. This Bible study demonstrates how God is in control; how He always keeps His promises; how He can reverse impossible circumstances; and how He blesses the faithful more richly and for longer than they could ever imagine. This 6-week study is broken down into short, daily segments designed to fit readers' busy lifestyles.
Daphne Almarode will lead this study at her home (call the church office for directions - 433-2456). The cost of the workbook is $5.00.
